Een top locatie bij Chersonissos. Een oase van rust en een gevoel van thuis, onwijs genoten. Marianna en Christos zijn erg lieve en prettige eigenaren met een hart van goud, ze laten je helemaal op je gemak voelen en het ontbreekt je aan niets. De fijne appartementen zijn heel netjes en rustig met een fijn terras/balkon om te ontspannen. De tuin is prachtig en ruim opgezet, relaxen op de bedden of heerlijk eten op het overdekte terras alles kan hier in alle rust.
Een kwartiertje lopen en je staat op de strip met de vele restaurants, bars en winkeltjes. Qua locatie daarom perfect!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Iphigenia Mythic Retreat. The accommodation was not only beautiful but also impeccably clean, providing a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The food was a true delight, with every meal being delicious, fresh, and lovingly homemade. However, what truly sets this place apart are the wonderful hosts, Marianna, Christos and of course Coconut:). They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable, making the experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this retreat for a perfect combination of comfort, culinary delight, and heartfelt hospitality." Die Anlage ist klein, aber fein. Man hat viele Möglichkeiten sich auf dem Gelände zu entspannen. Die Gastgeber Marianna und Kristos sind absolute spitze und zwei sehr liebe Menschen. Sie machen alles, um einem den Urlaub so angenehm, wie möglich zu machen. Das Essen ist gut. Es ist eine junge Küche, wobei man auf Nachfrage auch mit leckerer griechischer Hausmannskost bekocht wird. Die Zimmer sind absolut sauber, einzig die Dusche ist etwas klein, wenn man nicht zu den schlanken Menschen gehört.

We had a good time on the island visiting Crete for the first time. The host was amazing, Marianna is very talkative and helped with lots of recommendations of what to visit. She helped us with renting a car too. I think what make this place so perfect to choose, is Marianna and her husband. I didn't know Greeks are so hospitable. Seems that the food they serve at the location is prepared by her husband - and it's very good food !! Een heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Fantastische gastheer en vrouw. Ook het  ontbijt en avondeten was heerlijk en betaalbaar. Ze doen er alles aan om het je naar je zin te maken. Wij hebben een Fantastische week gehad.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein. Wir sind jeden Tag entspannt zum Strand gelaufen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Hotelzimmer war ebenfalls perfekt, konnten sogar ab und zu selber kochen. Jedoch haben wir dort zu normalen Preisen auch essen gekauft, welches ebenfalls Perfekt war. Wir haben auf Nachfrage alles was wir benötigten - auch bekommen. Wir können dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen - egal ob jung oder alt sowie Familien oder einem Pärchen.

Wij (mijn dochter van 8j en ik) hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in het mooie Iphigenia Mythic Retreat. De accomodatie is prachtig: fijn zwembad, zalige hemelbedden in de tuin, op verschillende plekjes kan je rustig zitten chillen. Het ontbijt is dik in orde en gevarieerd, je kan er lunch en avondeten bestellen en ook dat is heel lekker, je kan er heerlijke cocktails drinken. De kamer die wij hadden was zeer ruim, met goeie airco en heel comfortabele bedden! De badkamer is idd klein en de douche ietswat onhandig, maar dat zijn details. De warmte, gastvrijheid, behulpzaamheid en vriendschap die je van Marianna en Xristos krijgt is fenomenaal. Wij hebben zo genoten van ons verblijf! We have just returned from a truly wonderful stay at this incredible hotel which exceeded our expectations. We are a couple in our late 20’s and loved the design and attention to detail this hotel offered.

The hotel itself feels secluded but is conveniently located near the main town within a 10 minute walking distance. It’s a nice walk and is not hilly/difficult to manage. There is a supermarket directly opposite and a open air cinema down the road.

The room was much bigger than expected, and was really nicely designed with a minimalistic/neutral feel. The furniture was lovely and the bed was the comfiest we’ve experienced away from home, we slept really well! The room had a fridge and kitchenette area which was very handy, and was cleaned regularly during our stay.

The pool/garden areas offered so much variety in terms of sunloungers and day beds which we really loved, both a mix of shaded and more open ones. It was beautifully maintained and we felt very comfortable spending all day by the pool. Their was also a really nice seated area to the left of the pool which offered comfy garden furniture which was perfect for evening drinks.

What ultimately made this outstanding was the 5* service from both Marianna and Xristos. They went above and beyond for us and made this a must-return hotel for us. They were incredibly attentive and treated us so well. All of the food was incredible, my wife is vegetarian and they were very accommodating for her and offered alternatives from the menu which was great. The range of drinks and quality of cocktails was also amazing for the size of the hotel. We also fell in love with Coconut the dog, who was a great host!
